Scan, Upload, Print — Without the Queue of Phones at Your Counter.
CopyQR turns your shop counter into a self-service print desk. Customers scan one QR code, upload documents straight from their phone, choose the copies and finish, and the job appears in your queue.
No card details needed to start. You can look around the dashboard before you subscribe.
How it works
- 1
Stick the QR code on your counter
Every shop gets its own QR code and a short public link. Print it, laminate it, tape it to the counter.
- 2
Customers scan and upload
No app install. They open the link, pick the files from their phone, choose copies, colour and paper, and submit.
- 3
You print from your queue
Orders arrive in your dashboard as a simple work queue. Move each job from pending to printing to ready for pickup.
Plans for your print shop
Choose the billing period and features that suit your counter.
What you get
Built for the counter queue
Orders are a queue with three working states — pending, printing, ready — plus completed and cancelled. Nothing more to learn.
Print options you control
Decide which paper sizes, colour modes and copy limits your shop offers. Customers can only choose from your list.
Uploads are checked, not trusted
Every file is inspected after it lands: real size, extension and file signature. A renamed executable is rejected on content, not on what the browser claimed.
Documents delete themselves
Files are removed on a schedule you set, counted from upload or from completion. A cancelled job is cleared even sooner.
A tracking link for the customer
Each order gets a reference and a private tracking link, so a customer can check status without an account and without seeing anyone else’s work.
One shop per account, by design
A shop owner can only ever read their own shop and its orders. That separation is enforced on the server for every request, not just hidden in the UI.
Already have an order to collect?
If you uploaded a document and kept your order reference or tracking link, you can check its status without signing in. The shop may not release documents to anyone else, so the reference is the only thing that unlocks the status view.
Track an orderPricing that scales with the shop, not the print volume
A single flat monthly subscription per shop. Customer uploads and order tracking are included; there is no per-page or per-file charge to explain at the counter.
